Scaffolding made of burning memories and broken truths
A false sense of pretense feeding into your lies
Charred memories of our shattered youths
Hidden behind in a world of disguise

Emotions locked away deep down inside
Where it will vanish, and it will not grow
A broken emotion hindered and untied
Left alone to fuse the fire that started the show

A broken reflection behind the mirror
Embraces the fear beneath the hidden pain
Darkness tinged the glass, the blackness coming nearer
Neglect pulsates throughout my sobbing vein

And yet the last cry was not of sorrow
But of fantasies on dreams I borrowed.
